Standard Head Sizes For Crocheted Hats

These are the standard industry sizes I use for all my hats.
Newborn
Circumference: 11.5 - 13" - Hat Height: 5.5 - 6"
Baby 3 to 6 months of age
Circumference: 14 - 17" - Hat Height: 6.5 - 7"
Baby 6 to 12 months of age
Circumference: 16 - 19" - Hat Height: 7.5"
Toddler 12 months to 3 years of age
Circumference: 18 - 20" - Hat Height: 8"
Child 3 years to 10 years of age
Circumference: 19 - 20 1/2" - Hat Height: 8.5"
Tweens - Teens 11 years +
Circumference: 20 1/2 - 22" - Hat Height: 9 - 10"
Adult Woman
Circumference: 21 1/2 - 22 1/2"
Adult Man
Circumference: 23 - 24"
